Order confirmed, then dispatched
After you submit your name and phone number, our team calls to confirm your order and delivery address. Once confirmed, your parcel is packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Payment is made at the door - cash or card to the courier. You are never asked to pay in advance or enter card details online.

Return unopened packs within 14 days, no questions asked.
Returns & cancellations
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an unopened pack. Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons - this is standard for food supplements. See the Refund Policy for the full process.
To cancel before dispatch, simply tell our team during the confirmation call - or refuse delivery at the door. No charge applies in either case.
