About the product
Each capsule contains Vitamin C (500 mg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Magnesium (150 mg), Zinc (10 mg) and Selenium (55 µg). The capsule shell is vegetarian (HPMC). Full details and % NRV values are on the Ingredients page.

Taking the supplement
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water. Morning, lunchtime or evening - whichever is easiest to remember and stick to. Do not exceed one capsule in any 24-hour period.
Simply continue with your next scheduled dose. Do not take two capsules to make up for a missed day. Consistency over time is what matters, not a perfect streak.

Ordering, delivery & returns
Complete the order form with your name and phone number. Our team will ring you to confirm the order details and your delivery address. No payment is taken online. You pay only when the parcel is delivered - by cash or card to the courier.

Yes - you can cancel at any time before the parcel is dispatched, free of charge. Simply let our team know when they call to confirm. You may also refuse delivery at the door, in which case the order is automatically cancelled.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened pack. Food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (this is a lawful exception under UK consumer regulations). Contact us by email to arrange a return. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
