Refund & Return Policy

This policy sets out your rights when purchasing Metova Fusion Boost from ALENA PARYSKOVA and how to exercise those rights. We want every purchase to be straightforward and fair.

1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive your parcel, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Important exception for food supplements: Food supplements are exempt from the cancellation right once the seal is broken, as they fall under the category of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly once opened. If the pack seal has been broken, we are not able to accept a return for hygiene reasons. This is a lawful exception. If the pack is still sealed and intact, you may return it within 14 days.

2. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the parcel is dispatched. To cancel before dispatch:

  • Tell our team during the phone confirmation call - simply decline to confirm the order.
  • Call us on +44 20 7946 0312 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00).
  • Email us at [email protected] - please include your name and phone number so we can locate your order.

As payment is made only on delivery (cash on delivery), no payment will have been taken at the point of cancellation before dispatch and no refund process is necessary.

3. Refusing delivery

If you change your mind after the parcel has been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at the door. The courier will return the parcel to us and your order will be cancelled automatically. No charge will be applied. As payment is made on delivery, you will not have paid anything.

4. Returns after delivery (sealed pack only)

If you have accepted delivery but wish to return the product within 14 calendar days, and the pack seal is intact:

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44 20 7946 0312 to notify us of your intention to return.
  2. We will send you return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Send the sealed pack to us using a tracked postal service. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or by the same payment method used - as all sales are cash on delivery, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque.

5. Faulty or incorrect goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your choice. Return postage for faulty or incorrect goods is covered by us.
