These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website alenaparyskova.cz (the "Site") and your purchase of Metova Fusion Boost from ALENA PARYSKOVA, Sole trader (individual), Bukovany 111, 696 31 Bukovany, Česko ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal purposes only. You must not: use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers; transmit any unsolicited commercial communications; use the Site to copy, store or transmit material in a way that infringes intellectual property rights; or engage in any systematic data extraction or scraping without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site at any time without notice.

2. Order and sale conditions

Placing an order: To place an order for Metova Fusion Boost, you submit your name and telephone number via the order form on the Site. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A binding contract is formed when our team calls to confirm your order and you verbally confirm your acceptance, including the delivery address and the agreed price.

Phone confirmation: We will call you on the number provided, typically within one business day (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00 GMT/BST). During this call we will confirm availability, price and expected delivery. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, your order request will lapse.

Price and currency: All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. The price confirmed on the telephone call is the binding price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery. You pay the courier in cash or by card when the parcel is handed to you. No payment is taken online and no card data is collected by or transmitted through the Site.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the parcel is dispatched by informing our team - either during the confirmation call or subsequently by telephone or email. You may also refuse delivery at the door, in which case the order is cancelled without charge.

3. Limitation of liability and food supplement disclaimer

Metova Fusion Boost is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, ALENA PARYSKOVA shall not be liable for: any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or the product; loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; or any loss or damage arising from reliance on information contained on the Site. Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including text, design, graphics, product names and the "Metova" brand - is owned by or licensed to ALENA PARYSKOVA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the Site's content without our prior written permission. You may print or download pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Returns and right to cancel

As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery without giving a reason, provided the pack is unopened and the seal is intact. Food supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 6. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about an order or the Site, please contact us in the first instance by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 20 7946 0312. We will aim to resolve the matter within 14 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently enrolled with a specific ADR scheme but will cooperate with any scheme you choose to use.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
